Routes

Here is a list of bike routes that are used in our rides.

Most or the routes are in Orange County, CA, around 20-25 miles on a paved special bikeway (no cars around!) and are suitable for road bikes . Each route is provided with distance, total elevation, recommended meeting place, rest area, notable legs and a map.

San Diego Creek

Riding along the San Diego creek all the way to Newport Back Bay and back. Total elevation gain ~1,000ft.

Salt Creek

Riding through Laguna Niguel park to Salt Creek Beach and back.
Easy to moderate with some strenuous climbs. Mostly Class I. 1 mile of class II and 1.5 miles of class X in Laguna Niguel Regional Park.

Climbing to Cook's corner and back.
Easy to moderate with a short strenuous climb before Cooks Corner. Virtually all Class I.
